The building of
our new home in Jim Haas' most recent development, the
Highlands of Kensington, was an extremely positive experience.
We were attracted to this development by the larger
lots, the surrounding rural location, and the Blue Valley
school district for our young children. The floorplan
choices were all great and with a choice of several
exterior designs for each plan, we liked the fact that
each home appears different to suit its owner's individual
taste. All of Jim's team were extremely helpful in answering
our questions throughout the building process. We felt
we had a nice variety of choices to make so this house
could be exactly what we wanted, yet not so many as
to make the decision process overwhelming. We are so
pleased with the workmanship, beauty and liveability
of our new home and look forward to raising our two
children here for many years to come.

"Jim Haas is an exceptional
builder, stated Susan Westman who recently

We watched from the ground up, the construction
was fabulous, everything was inspected meticulously,

how thorough he is. He gave us a handbook
